Ticket Booking Fee:

We are not charging any booking fee's for purchasing direct from the Metalfest Online Shop!

Postage Charges:

Metalfest will only post tickets and merchandise via recorded delivery and we will not charge for this within the UK.

Delivery times:

Tickets:  Will be mailed no later than 4 weeks prior to the festival. You will receive an email confirming your order, and when they have been mailed you will receive another email confirming shipping along with the recorded delivery number.
Merchandise: Will be mailed within 7 days of the order date. An email will be sent to confirm the order, and another email will be sent upon shipping along with the recorded delivery number.

Returns and Refund Policy:

Tickets: We regret that we cannot offer refunds on tickets purchase, unless the event is cancelled.
Merchandise:  We regret that we cannot offer refunds on merchandise unless the item is damaged, or if the incorrect size to the original order has been sent. Please contact us immediately if this happens, and we will arrange collection of the item and immediate replacement.
